Omega Elkraft has developed project monitoring tools for contractors to assist in the professional management of documentation projects and dataflows. The portal is called ELDOK.
We have set up a portal system accessible to all users of our services. Every contractor or grid owner can track his own jobs using a personal account. This is done through a web interface, so users can log on from anywhere to check the status of their jobs with Omega Elkraft. At any time, clients can obtain a summary of the jobs they have booked from Omega, the stage they are at and when they will be completed.
The system is used by all contractors who want help with final documentation.
As of February 2012, this service is only available to clients in Europe.
